2026 World Cup Qualifiers : "Against Angola, we have a few days to prepare well"
Cameroon is getting ready for its upcoming match.
After their win against Mauritius, coach Marc Brys shared his thoughts on what lies ahead.
Brys expressed his happiness with the Lyons Indomptables’ recent performance. He acknowledged the team’s positive attitude and noted the strategic changes made during the match:
“We played smart in the first half. The game could have been more direct, but we maintained control. We earned this win, which boosts our confidence and improves our standing. Fortunately, there were no injuries, so we’re pleased overall,” commented the head coach.
He then talked about the next opponent, Angola, a team they are familiar with from earlier in the campaign:
“We’ve faced Angola before, and we know they play with speed and confidence. We will focus on our approach and identify their weaknesses. We have several days to prepare properly,” he concluded.
