5 Reasons Why The Europa League Wasn’t a Failure for Arsenal

Arsenal no longer determines their fate in the hunt for the Champions League zone. The opportunity is still open towards the last weekend of the Premier League, but winning alone is not enough for Arsenal.

Some fans disagree, but there is a reason why the Europa League is a positive thing for Arsenal. What are those reasons?

1. Still the European Zone

The Europa League is not the Champions League and judging by the fact they haven’t played in Europe this season, focusing on domestic competition, Arsenal should be in the Champions League zone. But the Europa League remains a positive thing.

Because at the beginning of the season, many predicted Arsenal could not even enter the top six after going through a series of negative results. No doubt the top five or the Europa League zone is still a positive thing for Arsenal.

2. Young Player Chance

Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, and Emile Smith Rowe are examples of young players given the chance by Arsenal to play in the first team. They have a good playing experience.

Arteta has already won the FA Cup title and the Europa League could be his next target, especially since the winner of the Europa League will immediately get a place in the Champions League the following season.

The competition is not easy, but winning the Europa League is still more realistic for Arsenal than in the Champions League.
