With the January transfer window approaching in less than two weeks, Chelsea has already seen a key transfer target in their colors.
The club is known for acting quickly when the market opens, and they are already working on securing deals for young talent.
They also plan to look at some of Liverpool’s academy players this window.
Kobbie Mainoo remains on the club’s radar, and another Premier League player, who has previously worn the Chelsea shirt, could also join by the end of January.

Antoine Semenyo is becoming a key figure in the lead-up to the January transfer window.
The Bournemouth forward has a £65 million release clause that will activate at the start of the year, catching the attention of several Premier League teams.
Chelsea did not show interest over the summer but have since been linked with a potential move.
Semenyo recently appeared on Away Days’ Shirt Shopping, where he selected some classic jerseys. His choice of Didier Drogba’s old kit sparked interest.
“This literally, I was looking at the Champions League badge. It reminds me of that goal he scored against Bayern. Yeah. It’s perfect. I love it,” Semenyo remarked.
We will see if he actually wears it again soon.
Antoine Semenyo names Didier Drogba as his footballing hero
Semenyo’s choice of Drogba’s shirt was intentional and has a special meaning for him.
He explained, “Yes, I played as a nine growing up. I even had a stint in midfield, which some wouldn’t believe. But yes, I loved Didier Drogba. I always wanted to play like him.”
“So strong, so quick, great shooting technique. I wanted to emulate him. He suits my style of play, with his left foot, right foot, and heading ability. I’m not sure if I can head the ball like him, but he’s my number one.”
Chelsea isn’t the only team interested; Manchester United, Tottenham, and Liverpool have been linked with a move as well.
Nonetheless, Chelsea sees this as a potential deal that could succeed.
Semenyo is already well-respected in the league, and his playing style would likely fit at Stamford Bridge. If Chelsea is determined, they have a real chance of making this happen.
