The report indicates that both clubs have reached an agreement, and they are currently exchanging necessary documents. After this, Laporte will undergo a medical examination.
Previously, the defender expressed his wish to come back to Spain, aiming to secure a spot in the national team for the 2026 World Cup.
Last season, Laporte played 30 matches for the club, scoring five goals. He transferred to the Saudi club in 2023 from Manchester City for €28 million.
