Galatasaray continues to enhance its squad by acquiring top players and has now completed another transfer from a leading club.
Details: The Turkish team has confirmed the transfer of Ilkay Gundogan, whose contract will last until the summer of 2027. He is set to receive €4,500,000 for the 2025-2026 season, and another €4,500,000 for the 2026-2027 season as guaranteed annual salary.
In the last season, Gundogan played 54 matches for City, scoring 5 goals and providing 8 assists. His previous contract with City was due to expire in 2026.
Inter has also announced the signing of 30-year-old center-back Manuel Akanji from Manchester City. The agreement is a one-year loan deal valued at €1 million.
