At the 2024 Ballon d’Or ceremony, it was revealed that Carlo Ancelotti has won the award for Best Coach.
Details: The Italian manager posted on his Instagram that the trophy has arrived, thanking everyone involved.
Quote: “I’m very happy to receive the 2024 Ballon d’Or. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible,” Ancelotti said.
Recently, he mentioned he is open to renewing his contract with the national team past the 2026 World Cup. Ancelotti expressed that he feels at home in Brazil and is willing to discuss continuing his role with the team.
The Italian coach took over the Seleção in June 2025, signing a one-year contract at that time.
