The red card helped us, but we were already dominating,” he explained. He also recognized Colo Colo’s achievements, acknowledging their status as champions.
Assadi emphasized the importance of not celebrating too soon, with the team set to travel to Lima for the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana quarterfinals against Alianza. “We have to stay focused; it will be a tough match in Peru,” he warned.
