Yamal reposted a video from the 433 Instagram account that highlighted Fati’s goals, adding comet and fire emojis to express his happiness for his friend’s achievements.
Fati scored two goals in the match against Metz, helping Monaco secure a 5-2 win. He had previously scored his first goal for Monaco against Club Brugge in the Champions League group stage.
Last season, Fati struggled at Barcelona, playing just 11 matches without any goals or assists. His last goal was on November 9, 2023, in a Europa League match against Ajax.
Fati moved to Monaco on a season-long loan deal during the last summer transfer window.
