The mother of Barcelona’s young star, Lamine Yamal, Sheila Ebana, has surprised many by announcing she will host exclusive paid dinners in the UK, where she will be the main attraction.
Details: The event is set for November 7 at a luxury hotel in London. Guests can choose to pay between 150 and 800 euros to attend. However, Lamine Yamal will not be at the dinner, as Barcelona is scheduled to play Celta the next day.
Event organizers, JEN C Events, have introduced three ticket options:
- 150 euros—includes a three-course dinner and champagne during the cocktail reception;
- Silver Ticket (mid-tier)—offers an additional bottle of wine;
- VIP package for 800 euros—features welcome champagne, premium seating, an open bar until 11 p.m., and a photo opportunity with Sheila Ebana.
The schedule for the evening includes cocktail hour at 7:00 p.m., dinner at 7:30 p.m., followed by live music and a DJ set until closing after 9:00 p.m. The event is expected to accommodate around 400 guests, with entry limited to those over 18.
However, this initiative has sparked debate. Some view it as a special chance for attendees, while others criticize it as a way to profit from her son’s fame. Sheila Ebana has faced scrutiny before, notably for organizing Lamine’s birthday celebrations.
Reminder: Koundé recently marked his 150th match for Barcelona.
