Aston Villa has agreed to a new contract extension with young midfielder Morgan Rogers. The 23-year-old player is now set to remain with the club until 2031. His new deal is a one-year extension of his previous contract, which was scheduled to end in June 2030.

The new agreement also includes a major salary increase for Rogers, making him one of the highest-paid players at Aston Villa. Since his move from Middlesbrough in February 2024, Rogers has established himself as a key member of coach Unai Emery’s squad. He is also a regular player for the England national team under coach Thomas Tuchel.
