Thiago Silva wants to move his family back to London after leaving Fluminense.

The experienced defender plans to depart from the Brazilian club and is considering a return to the Premier League, where he played for Chelsea for four seasons and made 155 appearances.

Although he will turn 41 in September, Silva has been a key player for Fluminense, featuring 46 times in all competitions and scoring four goals in 2025. Last summer, he was named in the FIFA Club World Cup Team of the Tournament after leading Fluminense to the semi-finals.

According to Globo, Silva feels he is still capable of playing in the Premier League and is looking to bring his family back to London, where his children are still part of the Chelsea academy.

It is unclear if any English team will offer him a short-term contract, but his experience and leadership could be beneficial in January.

Currently, there are seven London clubs in the Premier League: Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham, Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Brentford.
