Inter Miami has officially signed goalkeeper Dayne St. Clair to a contract that runs through the 2026 season, with an option extending until June 2027.

The club has not revealed the financial details of the agreement. St. Clair, who was a free agent, played for Minnesota United for the past seven seasons.

“I’m very excited to join the club and look forward to representing you on and off the field,” St. Clair stated in a team video. “I can’t wait to meet everyone and begin preparing to win trophies.”

At 28 years old, St. Clair had an impressive season, leading the league with a 77.93% save percentage and achieving career highs with 113 saves and 10 clean sheets in 30 matches at Minnesota United. He was the only goalkeeper in MLS with a goals-against average of 1.00 or lower and a save percentage above 75% last season.

St. Clair is a two-time MLS All-Star (2022, 2025) and won the All-Star MVP award in 2022. Over his career, he has recorded 37 clean sheets in 135 matches, with all appearances as a starter. The Canadian goalkeeper was drafted by Minnesota with the seventh overall pick in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft after playing at Maryland.
