Manchester United has announced the dismissal of Ruben Amorim as head coach.
Amorim has been removed from his position at Manchester United after 14 months. Tensions between the coach and the board contributed to this decision, with the team currently ranked sixth in the Premier League.
Former player Darren Fletcher will temporarily manage the team while the search for a new head coach begins.
In their statement, United expressed gratitude for Amorim’s efforts and stated that the decision was made with reluctance, emphasizing it was time for a change to improve the team’s Premier League standings.
