Gary Neville has reacted to the sacking of Ruben Amorim by naming three head coaches he believes could be suitable for the Manchester United position.
Manchester United moved quickly on Monday morning to fire Ruben Amorim, who was managing the team in sixth place in the Premier League at the time. Reportedly, tensions arose between the board and the Portuguese coach after he confronted Ineos following the 1–1 draw against Leeds, leading to the club’s decision.
With Amorim out, Darren Fletcher has taken temporary charge of the first team for at least the next match or two. The focus now shifts to a long-term replacement, with Oliver Glasner from Crystal Palace being considered a top candidate. Ole Gunnar Solskjær and Michael Carrick are also linked to interim positions for the rest of the season.
