Konak comes to Oxford after former Brentford teammate Myles Peart-Harris.

He has made 14 appearances for Brentford’s senior team, with ten of those in the Premier League as a substitute.

He is well regarded in the football community; his previous manager at Sivasspor described him as “the most talented player I have seen in the last 30 years of Turkish football.”

After completing the transfer, Konak expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “I’m very excited for this opportunity at Oxford United and I can’t wait to show the supporters what I can do.”

“I’m a player who likes to fight and give everything on the pitch, and I want to help the club achieve as much as possible during this loan spell. This is a big chance for me to play regular football and prove myself in English football. Supporters will see a player full of energy, determination, and ready to compete.”
