Rob Edwards has announced that Jorgen Strand Larsen will be included in the Wolves lineup for the upcoming match against Bournemouth.

Strand Larsen was in talks for a transfer to Crystal Palace, but the move has not progressed. Palace had expressed interest in paying an initial £45m for the Norwegian forward, with possible add-ons of £5m, a figure Wolves were ready to accept.

However, the deal seems to have stalled, with Palace now considering other options, including discussions with Aston Villa about Evann Guessand, leaving Strand Larsen’s situation uncertain.

In his pre-match press conference, Edwards stated that Strand Larsen would remain available until a transfer is finalized. Earlier this month, Leeds United had a bid for the player turned down.

“It’s clear he has trained and will be in the squad tomorrow. That’s all I can share right now,” he said. “There will be developments until the transfer deadline, and we’ll be prepared for anything that happens.”
