Dean Henderson emphasized the need for Crystal Palace to have players who consistently represent the club after a challenging month.

The club sold captain Marc Guehi to Manchester City earlier in the transfer window, and leading scorer Jean-Philippe Mateta is close to moving to AC Milan. Additionally, head coach Oliver Glasner has announced he will depart Selhurst Park at the season’s end.

Palace has not won in their last nine Premier League matches, following a 1-1 draw against 10-man Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

Ismaila Sarr’s penalty secured a point for Palace after Morgan Gibbs-White scored first for Forest. The Eagles last secured a league win on December 7 and have fallen to 14th place in the standings.

In an interview with Sky Sports, Henderson called for unity among the Palace players as they aim to break their winless streak.

“We had a strong first half, playing better and creating good chances. The red card gave us momentum, but it was disappointing we couldn’t capitalize on it,” he said.

“We experienced similar situations last season when teams defended well against us. They did that effectively again today.”

“I believe the team performed admirably. They fought until the end, and it’s crucial to have players in the dressing room who are committed to the club.”
