Arsenal has spoken with representatives of AC Milan winger Rafael Leao about a possible summer transfer to the Emirates.
The North London club is looking for a left-winger and has Leao on their list of potential targets.
In addition to Leao, Arsenal is considering other players such as Newcastle’s Anthony Gordon and Leipzig’s Yan Diomande, with initial talks having begun with Leao’s representatives.
As reported by Football Transfers, Milan is willing to sell the 26-year-old if the price is right, expecting an offer of over €75 million for Leao.
Since joining from Lille in 2019, Leao has netted 79 goals in 280 appearances for the Italian club.
This season, he has scored eight goals and provided two assists in just 14 league starts. In the 2021-22 season, he was named Serie A Footballer of the Year, contributing to Milan’s Scudetto win.
Manchester United is also said to be keeping an eye on the situation for a possible summer move.
