PSG faces Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night for the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, holding a 5-2 lead from the first match in Paris.

PSG team news

Fabian Ruiz is dealing with a knee issue that has limited his playtime this year. Quentin Ndjantou is also unavailable. There are no other injury issues for Luis Enrique’s squad.

In the first leg, PSG featured Matvei Safonov in goal, supported by defenders Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Willian Pacho, and Nuno Mendes. The midfield consisted of Warren Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, and Joao Neves, while the attack was formed by Dembele, Desire Doue, and Barcola.

PSG’s match against Nantes was postponed as they requested extra preparation time before facing Chelsea. Since they didn’t play recently, Enrique is likely to keep the same starting lineup.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who scored twice after coming off the bench, is pushing for a starting spot in the second leg, adding another strong option for the team as they seek to maintain their lead.

Enrique stressed that PSG “cannot think the job is done” and expects his players to “play to win in London,” acknowledging Chelsea’s ability to score quickly at home.

PSG predicted lineup

Possible PSG starting XI: Safonov; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Mendes; Zaire-Emery, Vitinha, Neves; Doue, Dembele, Barcola
