Chivu will not be on the sidelines due to a one-match suspension, adding extra responsibility on his assistants for the match.
On a positive note, Hakan Calhanoglu has returned to the starting lineup following an injury. He will likely partner in midfield with Nicolò Barella and Piotr Zielinski.
Up front, Marcus Thuram is expected to team up with the promising young player Francesco Pio Esposito, who will get another chance to shine in MartÃnez’s absence.
