David Raya on Track for Historic Third Consecutive Golden Glove Award

Arsenal‘s David Raya leads the race for the 2025/26 Premier League Golden Glove, having achieved 15 clean sheets in 31 matches this season.

Notably, this surpasses his total from the whole 2024/25 season. Raya is just one clean sheet away from matching his best of 16.

If he secures this award again, he would join an elite group of goalkeepers to win three in a row, marking a significant achievement in Premier League history.

However, other goalkeepers are still in contention. Manchester City‘s Gianluigi Donnarumma and Everton’s Jordan Pickford both have 11 clean sheets.

On the other hand, Pickford remains a strong competitor, recently earning his 100th clean sheet for Everton against Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Djordje Petrovic is having a notable season with AFC Bournemouth. He has achieved three clean sheets in his last five matches, including goalless draws against Burnley, Brentford, and West Ham.

Petrovic has made 94 saves this season, with only one goalkeeper facing more shots. His efforts are essential for Bournemouth’s stable position in the mid-table.

In the fight against relegation, clean sheets are crucial. Matz Sels, last season’s joint winner, has recorded back-to-back clean sheets for Nottingham Forest, vital for their survival chances in the Premier League.

Similarly, Karl Darlow has made significant contributions for Leeds United, helping his team achieve consecutive goalless draws against Brentford and Crystal Palace.
