Will Buxton notes that Lawrence Stroll’s method of solving problems at Aston Martin is reminiscent of Roman Abramovich’s approach with Chelsea FC.

Lawrence Stroll has heavily invested in Aston Martin over the years. However, bringing in Adrian Newey with equity has not yielded the expected results.

This season has been marked by Honda’s power unit issues, similar to past challenges faced by Chelsea, as highlighted by Buxton.

Taking hands off the wheel during a race is dangerous, and a seasoned driver like Alonso would only do that in extreme situations.

The Honda power unit is believed to cause these vibrations, and resolving this issue may take considerable time, despite Honda claiming they have found some solutions.

Currently, Aston Martin needs to set aside any hopes of competing this season and focus on fixing the problems that have made the AMR26 nearly impossible to drive.
