“We Struggled to Find Our Rhythm” – Mbwas Mangut on Niger Tornadoes’ 2-0 Win Over Wikki Tourists
Niger Tornadoes’ technical adviser Mbwas Mangut acknowledged that his team had a tough time finding their best form, even though they achieved a solid win against Wikki Tourists.
The Minna-based team won 2-0 at home in front of their supporters at the Bako Kontagora Stadium on Sunday, but the match was not easy.
After the game, Mangut commended his players for their effort and commitment, emphasizing their aim to secure all three points.
“We thank God for the win. The players put in a great effort and showed real determination,” Mangut shared with the club’s media.
“We struggled to find our rhythm in the first half, which led us to make some changes, and thankfully they paid off.”
“Our goal is to secure our NPFL status and finish comfortably this season,” he added.
