Nigerian goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has gained attention after playing grassroots football in his hometown on Sunday.
A video that went viral on social media shows the former Enyimba player participating in a local match, raising questions about his current status and future plans. Nwabali has been without a club since leaving South African side Chippa United by mutual consent.
Complicating matters, he was also excluded from the Super Eagles squad for the March international friendlies, as head coach Eric Chelle chose other players.
