Manager Kim Hellberg has confirmed that the team will be without key players Hayden Hackney, Morgan Whittaker, and Leo Castledine. This is a significant setback for their promotion ambitions.
“They will not play on Monday,” said Hellberg.
“We hope they will be back in a week or two. It’s certainly a loss. Hayden is a top player, and Morgan is our leading scorer.”
Hellberg is also considering his options for forward David Strelec, who has not scored in his last four matches. He has managed just five goals in the Championship this season. Mamadou Kaly Sène may be a substitute option.
