National teams from Mauritania and the Turks and Caicos Islands land in Abidjan for FIFA Women’s Series

An international friendly tournament is set to run from 9 to 16 April at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Ebimpe.

The Mauritanian women’s team arrived in Ivory Coast on Monday, 6 April, and was joined the next day by the Turks and Caicos Islands team. Both teams received a warm welcome at Félix Houphouët-Boigny Airport before heading to their accommodations.

This marks the official start of the training camp for both teams in Ivory Coast. Four women’s national teams will compete in the tournament in Abidjan: Ivory Coast, Mauritania, Pakistan, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
