Cristiano Ronaldo‘s partner, Georgina Rodriguez, has revealed the secrets behind the football star’s incredible fitness. According to her, Ronaldo’s impressive physique and stamina stem from more than just genetics; they are the result of a disciplined routine that begins long before sunrise.

Details: In comments made to MatchDay Central, Georgina noted that Cristiano begins his day at 6:00 a.m. His first priority is a workout along with a good amount of water. Ronaldo believes a productive day starts with a strong and hydrated body.

After a brief rest of about an hour and a half, he has breakfast, usually consisting of fruit, cheese, and eggs. However, the calm morning ends there. The Portuguese superstar returns to the gym for an intense two-hour weight training session.

In the evenings, Ronaldo spends time with family and friends, but even his pre-bedtime routine is approached with professionalism.

“Before going to bed, he always goes for a swim. Cristiano believes the pool is the best way to relax his muscles before sleep,” Georgina shared.
