Following their recent defeat to Atlético Madrid in the Champions League, Barcelona is eyeing a player from the Madrid club.

Details: As reported by Marca, Barcelona is actively looking to strengthen their attacking lineup. With the possibility of Lewandowski departing at the end of the season, the club is exploring several options for a new center forward.

One of the candidates is Atlético’s Norwegian striker, Alexander Sørloth. Barcelona’s management admires his athleticism and on-field performance and is prepared to enter discussions regarding a potential transfer. The estimated fee for the player could be around 25 million euros.

This season, Sørloth has made 47 appearances for Los Colchoneros, scoring 17 goals and providing one assist. His contract runs until 2028, and Transfermarkt currently values him at 20 million euros.
