Horoya AC has clinched its 22nd Guinean Ligue 1 title.
The team secured the championship for the 2025–2026 season with one game left to play, thanks to a 2–1 victory over Wakriya AC on Friday, April 17, during matchday 25. This win allowed them to finish five points ahead of their closest competitor, Hafia FC.
Horoya AC’s performance this season has been impressive, amassing 56 points from 25 matches. This marks the 22nd time in the club’s history that they have been crowned champions of Guinea.
