Barcelona have recorded their first victory away at Getafe for the first time in six years to open a huge gap in the title race.
The opening goal of the game was scored after 44 minutes by Fermin Lopez, who latched on to Gavi’s smooth pass to punish Getafe.
Barcelona struggled to create chances but found a way in the second half, when Robert Lewandowski set up Marcus Rashford to score Barca’s second.
The win means that Barcelona are now 11 points clear of Real Madrid at the top of the table.
Barca only needs two more wins and a draw to secure La Liga for a second successive season under Hansi Flick.
