Nicolas Jackson, the Senegalese striker currently on loan at Bayern Munich, is set to return to Chelsea this June. His time with the Bavarian club, however, will not extend beyond one season.
Despite reports suggesting that Bayern manager Vincent Kompany was impressed with Jackson’s performance, the club has confirmed that it will not exercise the €65 million buy-out clause at the end of his loan spell. This decision was made public by Bayern’s sporting director, Eberl.
With his return to Chelsea imminent, Jackson and his representatives will evaluate potential opportunities for the next phase of his career.
