An unpleasant incident has emerged at London club Chelsea, as reports indicate that information regarding the team’s starting lineups has begun leaking to the media prior to official announcements.
Details: During the pre-match press conference ahead of the FA Cup semifinal against Leeds, Chelsea’s interim head coach, Callum MacFarlane, expressed his disapproval, labeling the situation as absolutely unacceptable.
MacFarlane confirmed that the club has initiated an internal investigation into the leaks, stating:
“This is something we are dealing with right now, and it has to stop. We’ve spoken with the players and staff about the importance of confidentiality and have done everything possible to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.”
