AC Milan is actively enhancing its squad for the upcoming 2026/27 season and has reportedly secured preliminary agreements with two prominent figures in European football. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, both Alexander Sørloth and Leon Goretzka are poised to join the Rossoneri in the forthcoming summer transfer window.
Norwegian striker Alexander Sørloth has expressed his willingness to make the move, prompting Milan to prepare discussions with Atlético Madrid. Negotiations between the clubs are anticipated to commence shortly, with Milan expected to make an initial offer of €20 million prior to the World Cup. The aim is to finalize the transfer before the tournament to mitigate potential increases in transfer fees.
Simultaneously, AC Milan is pursuing the signing of midfielder Leon Goretzka. Currently contracted with Bayern Munich, Goretzka might become a free agent as he has no intention of renewing his contract with the club. The German international has also shown a favorable disposition towards a transfer to Italy.
