In their first meeting of the 2025–26 season, Pyramids FC triumphed with a 2–0 win away at Al Ahly. Following this, on 27 April, the team further asserted their strength by defeating one of the league’s toughest opponents with a decisive 3–0 scoreline.
This achievement is particularly notable as it is the first time Pyramids FC has won both matches against Al Ahly without allowing any goals since their promotion to the Egyptian Premier League in the 2018-2019 season.
