Cesc Fàbregas, the head coach of Como, expressed his excitement following the thrilling Champions League semi-final match between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Bayern Munich. The match, which took place recently, was a remarkable display of football, culminating in a staggering nine goals.
In a reflection on the game, the 38-year-old Fàbregas stated that this was the best match he had ever witnessed. He highlighted the shift in modern football, emphasizing individual talents over traditional team tactics.
“I think I saw the best match of my life. As a football fan, I enjoyed it immensely — this game showed me where modern football is heading. I didn’t notice much in terms of team tactics, it was more about individual brilliance. Pressing, one-on-one battles. We’re trying to follow this path,” Arteta confessed.
