According to Mundo Deportivo, discussions for Rashford’s permanent transfer to Barcelona have not progressed, prompting Arsenal to renew its interest in the player.
Barcelona appears unable to fund a transfer for Rashford, which could give Arsenal the opportunity to secure the 28-year-old. Previously, Arsenal expressed interest in Rashford during the winter transfer window of 2025; however, he opted for a loan move to Aston Villa at that time.
With his loan at Barcelona set to end this summer, Rashford has had a productive season, featuring in 46 matches, scoring 13 goals, and providing 14 assists. His current market value is estimated to be around 40 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.
