Arsenal is reportedly keeping a close watch on the situation regarding Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford, who is currently on loan at Barcelona. According to Mundo Deportivo, discussions for Rashford’s permanent transfer to Barcelona have not progressed, prompting Arsenal to renew its interest in the player.
Barcelona appears unable to fund a transfer for Rashford, which could give Arsenal the opportunity to secure the 28-year-old. Previously, Arsenal expressed interest in Rashford during the winter transfer window of 2025; however, he opted for a loan move to Aston Villa at that time.
With his loan at Barcelona set to end this summer, Rashford has had a productive season, featuring in 46 matches, scoring 13 goals, and providing 14 assists. His current market value is estimated to be around 40 million euros, according to Transfermarkt.
