Kaizer Chiefs co-coach Ben Youssef Khalil expressed satisfaction with the team’s performance this season, noting that a third-place finish in the PSL standings is the minimum effort they aimed to achieve.
Khalil, alongside colleague Cedric Kaze, celebrated the club’s return to form, marking a significant improvement as the Chiefs previously struggled to maintain a position within the top eight.
The team secured their third-place spot with a decisive 2-0 victory over Sekhukhune United at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium, with Tashreeq Morris and Mfundo Vilakazi finding the net.
