In addition to Sampdoria’s relegation to Serie C, Cremonese will face the winner of Juve Stabia vs. Palermo in the Serie B play-offs, while Spezia will play either Catanzaro or Cesena. Sassuolo and Pisa have already secured promotion to the top flight.
