A significant change has occurred in Italy’s Serie A as Lazio and head coach Maurizio Sarri have mutually agreed to part ways. The Roman club’s press service has released an official farewell statement expressing gratitude for Sarri’s contributions.
“Thank you for everything, Comandante.” – the club wrote.
Despite this departure, Sarri is reportedly set to quickly transition to a new role. Sources indicate that he will become the new head coach of Atalanta, with club management believing he is the ideal candidate to continue their footballing philosophy both in Italy and across Europe.

Additionally, former Italy national team head coach Gennaro Gattuso is expected to take over at Lazio.
