Morocco faces significant challenges as the World Cup begins this Thursday, June 11. The Atlas Lions will proceed without two key players, as both Abde Ez and Nayef Aguerd have been officially ruled out of the tournament. This leaves a noticeable gap in the team’s lineup as they compete in the finals hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In response to these setbacks, Morocco’s coach, Mohamed Ouahbi, has swiftly acted to bolster the squad. He has called up Amine Sbaï and Marwane Saadane to replace the withdrawn players. Both athletes have been registered on the FIFA site and are now part of the official roster.
