फीफा ने फुटबॉल ट्रांसफर नियमों में किए बड़े बदलाव, खिलाड़ियों को मिलेगा ज्यादा अधिकार
मेक्सिको सिटी में आयोजित एक विस्तृत बैठक के बाद, फीफा (FIFA) ने वैश्विक फुटबॉल खिलाड़ी स्थिति और ट्रांसफर नियामक प्रणाली में ऐतिहासिक और व्यापक बदलावों की आधिकारिक घोषणा की है।
ये संशोधित नियम 1 जनवरी, 2027 से लागू होंगे। इन बदलावों के माध्यम से पेशेवर फुटबॉल खिलाड़ियों को पहले की तुलना में अधिक अधिकार और वित्तीय मजबूती मिलेगी। नई व्यवस्था के तहत, खिलाड़ियों को उनके फिक्स्ड ट्रांसफर शुल्क का पांच प्रतिशत हिस्सा कानूनी रूप से प्राप्त होगा। यह प्रणाली पहले केवल स्पेन में ही लागू थी, जिसे अब वैश्विक स्तर पर विस्तारित किया गया है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, खिलाड़ियों की आवाजाही को पूरी तरह से स्वतंत्र बनाने के लिए अब भविष्य के सभी अनुबंधों में ‘बायआउट रिलीज क्लॉज’ को शामिल करना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। वहीं, क्लब अब 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के चुनिंदा प्रतिभावान खिलाड़ियों को पांच साल के अनुबंध की पेशकश कर सकेंगे, बशर्ते वे पारिश्रमिक से जुड़ी विशिष्ट और सख्त शर्तों को पूरा करते हों।
इस महत्वपूर्ण समझौते के तहत, खिलाड़ी संघ FIFPro द्वारा फीफा के खिलाफ दर्ज कराए गए सभी लंबित दावों और मुकदमों को स्थायी रूप से वापस ले लिया गया है।
Following an extensive meeting in Mexico City, FIFA have officially announced historic, sweeping changes to its global football player status and transfer regulatory system.
The substantially revised regulations, set to take effect on January 1, 2027, will grant professional footballers significantly more power and immense financial leverage.
Players will legally receive a standard five per cent cut of their fixed transfer fees, extending a system that was previously only utilised within Spain.
Furthermore, standard buyout release clauses must now be included in all future player contracts worldwide to legally guarantee the total free movement of footballers.
Clubs will also be permitted to offer lucrative five-year contracts to selected under-eighteen prospects who meet highly specific, strict structural remuneration conditions.
The monumental agreement successfully ensures the permanent withdrawal of all outstanding claims and hostile lawsuits filed by player union FIFPro directly against football’s governing body.
