Liverpool’s summer signing Jeremie Frimpong has been ruled out of action after suffering a hamstring injury during the Premier League clash against Bournemouth.
The Dutch defender, who joined Liverpool for €40 million following Trent Alexander-Arnold’s move to Real Madrid, was forced off after an hour of play in Friday’s 4-2 win.
The club confirmed that Frimpong will miss at least two important fixtures—against Newcastle United and Arsenal—before the next international break.
