Barcelona is unlikely to make Marcus Rashford’s loan deal from Manchester United permanent. According to reports in foreign media, the club is planning to send Rashford back to Manchester United without using his €30 million buy-option.
Although Rashford has been in excellent form, scoring six goals and providing nine assists in 18 matches, his high salary is reducing the chances of a permanent contract.
As a result, Barcelona is now searching for young wingers better suited for their future. The club is primarily targeting Lyon’s Malick Fofana and RB Leipzig’s Antonio Nusa as potential replacements.
