During the recent international break, Adrien Rabiot finished the gathering injured. According to Didier Deschamps, the French midfielder suffered a blow, while AC Milan reported a soleus muscle injury (calf). The club expressed significant frustration, with Italian media suggesting Rabiot could be sidelined for a month. However, Gazzetta dello Sport has provided updates on the former PSG and Marseille player.

The report highlights that Rabiot is ahead in his recovery and rehabilitation process. If it were up to him, he would already be back with the team and ready to play against AS Roma on Sunday. Nevertheless, the club prefers not to take any risks and wants to adhere to the recovery timeline. A return for the match against Parma on November 8 is not entirely ruled out. Additionally, it’s noteworthy that the Rossoneri are currently negotiating with the French federation to ensure Rabiot is not called up for the next national gathering. With Didier Deschamps already facing challenges with PSG, it remains to be seen if he will acquiesce to Milan’s requests, especially with France needing to secure a spot for the 2026 World Cup.
