Colo-Colo player Arturo Vidal is training hard to be in top shape for the upcoming league matches when the season resumes. He recently shared a photo from a training session on his Instagram story.
The image shows him participating in a competitive training scrimmage with his teammates.
It’s important to note that Vidal is not part of the Chilean national team for the final World Cup 2026 qualifiers taking place now. The team has already been eliminated from tournament contention, and Vidal had previously announced his retirement from international duty, although he made a brief return in November 2024.
Additionally, Colo-Colo’s season has not been great. The club is currently in eighth place in the Chilean league and is out of the title race. They also failed to progress beyond the group stage in the Copa Libertadores.
This season, Vidal has played 21 matches for his club across all competitions, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
