Athletic Club Boise has achieved over 6,250 season ticket deposits, setting a new record for men’s professional teams in the United Soccer League. This achievement surpasses previous records held by Nashville SC (6,207) and FC Cincinnati (6,103), showcasing Boise’s growing status in the league.
“This record shows the strong enthusiasm our community has for professional soccer in Idaho. We’re not just forming a team; we’re creating a club that represents the Treasure Valley, and the support has been fantastic,” said Brad Stith, CEO and co-founder of Athletic Club Boise.
Once deposits hit 6,500, fans can still join a waitlist, and any leftover seats will be available after the Select-A-Seat event set for October 21–25.
The men’s team is set to start in spring 2026 at the Stadium at Expo Idaho, a privately funded venue currently being built. The stadium will initially hold 7,050 seats, but can expand to over 11,000, aiming to attract more than 400,000 visitors each year while benefiting the community long-term.
Athletic Club Boise is Idaho’s first professional soccer club and will compete in USL League One. A women’s team in the USL Super League is planned for 2027.
