Bafana coach Broos talks about Mofokeng
Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos discusses the selection of Relebohile Mofokeng, despite his recent form issues.
The 20-year-old Orlando Pirates player hasn’t scored in 10 games this season, but his vision and creativity remain impressive.
Broos noted that Mofokeng has been influenced by recent transfer offers, following a successful season where he scored 12 goals and provided 15 assists.
“I think this is what happened with Rele, and it’s not good for him,” Broos said via SABC Sport. “At some point, you focus too much on that and lose sight of football.

“This has affected Rele, but his skills are still intact, and I won’t drop him,” the Belgian coach added.
Meanwhile, Mofokeng and his teammates are preparing to face Siwelele FC in the Carling Knockout last 16 on Saturday at 15:00 at the Orlando Stadium.
