Bayern Dominates as Olise Shines, Dortmund Falters Late, and Leverkusen and M’Gladbach Cruise to Victory

In a goal-packed 11th matchday, Bayern Munich showcased their offensive strength by defeating Freiburg 6-2 at Allianz Arena. After falling behind to Suzuki’s goal in the 12th minute and Manzambi’s in the 17th, Bayern turned the match around thanks to Karl’s equalizer in the 22nd minute. Olise then netted a brace at 45+2 and 84 minutes. Upamecano (55th), Kane (60th), and Jackson (78th) completed the scoring, emphasizing the Rekordmeister’s resurgence. Meanwhile, Borussia Mönchengladbach displayed complete control over Heidenheim, winning 3-0 with goals from Diks on a penalty (45+1), Tabaković (55), and Machino (76). In a more tightly contested match, Augsburg edged past Hamburg 1-0, with Sandro Wagner’s team demonstrating solid performance in both impact and pressing.

The other thrilling match of the afternoon occurred in Dortmund, where they drew 3-3 with Stuttgart in a wild game. Can opened the scoring with a penalty in the 34th minute, followed by Beier’s goal in the 41st. However, Undav’s stunning hat-trick (47th, 71st, 90+1) leveled the score. Adeyemi thought he had secured a late victory for BVB with a shot in the 89th minute, but it wasn’t enough. Finally, Leverkusen asserted their dominance with a 3-1 victory against Wolfsburg, led by an explosive start featuring Hofmann (9th), Tapsoba (24th), and Tillman (33rd). Vavro (57th) pulled one back, but it did little to challenge the leader’s control. It was a Saturday where the big teams mostly delivered in a spectacular matchday filled with excitement.
