Bayern jumps into the race for Marc Guéhi
The Crystal Palace captain is now a top target in the transfer market.
Bayern Munich will need to compete with several other leading clubs to sign him.
Details: According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, 25-year-old Marc Guéhi, a centre-back for Crystal Palace, is being pursued by Bayern Munich.
Bayern’s sporting director, Max Eberl, holds Guéhi in high regard, and initial discussions with the player’s representatives have already taken place.
Reports indicate that Bayern aims to sign Guéhi on a free transfer in 2026 when his current contract with Palace expires. However, this will depend on the futures of current Bayern defenders Upamecano and Kim, who might leave the club.

If Bayern decides to make a formal offer, they will need to outbid Liverpool, Barcelona, and Real Madrid, all of whom have shown interest in Guéhi for over a season.
The Transfermarkt portal values Guéhi at €40 million.
Reminder: In a surprising turn, Al Hilal has presented a £261 million contract offer to Kane.
