The club’s management believes it’s time for a change.
A poor start to the season has led to the dismissal of the Swiss coach.
Details: Today, Borussia Mönchengladbach announced on Instagram that they have parted ways with head coach Gerardo Seoane, aged 46.
The statement confirms that the termination is effective immediately, and youth team coach Yevhen Polanski will take charge temporarily.
Seoane was appointed in 2023 and managed the team for 78 matches, achieving 25 wins, 20 draws, and 33 losses.
The decision to let him go stems from the team’s disappointing start, having lost two of their first three Bundesliga games and currently finding themselves in the relegation zone with just one point.
